I always get an excellent service at Alex automotive. Especially, they counsel you the work needs to be done and attend to it. They don't recommend any unnecessary repairs but only that are needed. My counselor Yohannes always gives me an excellent advise and very cooperative and considerate. He is the Best....

The repairs that were made were excellent. However, I called several days before I picked up my car and asked that you all fix my cup holder in the console area of my car. I am a realtor, and my car is an important part of my business. With Alex Automotive in charge of servicing my car, I don't worry about car problems. The service people at Alex Automotive keep me aware of any current problems as well as wear and tear items that will require future repairs; so that I can have them taken care of before they inconvenience me. That gives me peace of mind. The people at Alex Automotive are very courteous and straight forward They go that extra mile to be helpful . For just one example, one Friday afternoon when I had left town for a weekend getaway, I discovered I could not open the trunk of my car. My luggage and the luggage of my travelling companions was locked in the trunk. That could have ruined the weekend. But I called Alex Automotive and asked what I should do. Though it was around 6 pm on a Friday afternoon, Alex answered the phone; he was still at the shop. I explained my problem. Alex calmly walked me through the emergency procedure for unlocking the trunk. I was so happy. Alex had saved our weekend. Alex lends me a car to drive when my car is being serviced; so that, I am not without transportation, a vital part of my real estate business.
