I had a couple of friends refer me to this place. I called Monday late afternoon to explain what was going on ..bad noise under the hood and they were able to get me in the next day. They took me right away when I arrived to drop it off. They called me in less than an hour with their findings. Alternator, pulley & belt were going bad on it. They were able to order the parts I needed & got it back to me the next day. Alex the owner brings his adorable dog to the office everyday & she is so sweet. Matthew my rep was great about giving me updates and reviewing the list of findings. They were fair priced (much better than the dealership)!!! They also have a lot full of beautiful Mercedes, BMW’s & Porsche for sale too! Highly recommend this place!!!!👍👍

However after speaking with Alex the owner I’m more than satisfied with the services and level of professionalism that was displayed. We have used Alex Automotive for our last 2 Mercedes. They are knowledgeable and don’t sell you anything you don’t need. It is the only place I would bring a Mercedes. We have been given bad advice from Dealerships in the past, so we won’t even go back there.
