This was my first service with Alex Automotive. I called and got an appointment for the next day. They performed the work and the car was ready on time and at a reasonable price. I will be a customer.

My E350 died on the road and I had it towed to another mechanic who told me the engine was locked up and needed to be replaced. Alex gives free second opinions so I had it towed there thinking he would confirm the engine was done. He called and let me know that it needed a new alternator (nearly 10k less). When I picked up he had washed the car and it ran great.
