I have purchased 4 Mercedes from Alex over a few years. Each transaction was fair and I expect to be back again. One of the reasons is the service my family and I have received. On a number of occasions my wife or son went to the shop. Each time they were treated nice and respectfully, never a bad experience. I highly recommend Alex and his people.

I just recently brought my 2011 VW CC in for them to take a look at a check engine light. They promptly got back with me with all the error codes that were causing the light and requested my permission prior to any repairs. The issues took a little while to fully diagnose and repair -but at the end of the day, I was satisfied with their diligence and dedication to getting all my engine problems solved. Great customer service also!
