I purchased my C-280 in November of 2005. I have had all my repairs made by Alex Automotive. This is a 5 star rated shop in my mind. The repairs that I have had completed have been completed promptly and correctly. Very seldom have I had to return to the shop for additional repairs because the service was not completed properly the first time. The times that I have had to return for service, the problem was given top priority and I was back on the road in a short time. I was very pleased with the service.

Service began at the appointed time, and was completed in less time than estimated. Cost estimate was accurate, and fair. And a comfortable waiting area that allowed be to get some work done while I waited.

Alex Automotive takes such good care of us, I don't know what we'd do without them! I always feel like Alex Automotive is thorough and cares about doing what is needed to keep our cars in excellent condition. I ONLY trust Alex Automotive with the car that my daughter drives, and that says that I have trusted him with something priceless to me.

Alex and his team did a wonderful job with improving the look of my 2003 E320 by polishing my headlights and removing the oxidation that had formed over the years. The "facelift" took years off my car's age, and as a result, I've received many compliments. They are always a pleasure to work with.
