I am of the opinion that the team at Alex Automotive is thorough and their prices seem fair. I've been using their services for a year now, and each encounter has been a positive one. Usually my car has been washed before being returned to me. So, I was a bit disappointed that when I picked it up this time, it was covered in a thick layer of pollen. It was so clean when I dropped it off that the guy actually commented about how clean it was. Well, not so much when I picked it up. LOL!! I won't allow one small infraction to deter me from going back though. Alex Automotive is still great in my book.
