An unexpected loss in power resulted in my car being towed to Alex Automotive. I had the car towed there late in the morning. Shortly thereafter, I received a call with the diagnosis (fouled plugs) and an estimate to fix the problem. I was able to pick up my car the same day and the bill was true to the estimate. Great service and turnaround!
