Alex Automotive is amazing place.I had a service done for my Mercedes Benz S 430 ,today.Mr.Mike in service is a very good guy and saved my money a lot.He gave me a good customer service.That place is very clean and maintain in good shape.Cashier,Ms.Renea treated me as a family member.I really enjoyed the time ,I spent there and very much happy the service they did to my car.

Very pleased. Only question due to confusing pillar vs gas door placards for me was tire pressure. Was this max load pressure or normal.

Checked on and made to feel comfortable by every employee I come in contact with. Great customer service and professional skills. Any time I have a question or concern it is always addressed and explained well. And everybody seems to "like" their job...... which speaks volumes. Have also noticed the interaction between the staff and employees is awesome as I have never seen any kind of conflict... exchange of negative words or anything.
