I have been doing business with Alex and his staff several years. They have never let me down with the service they provide. I received great service from Alex Automotive. My car was at the Mercedes Benz dealer who diagnosed my problem for $165 and would fix it. I told Bryan the part that I needed and they were able to fix it that day for much less than the dealership was charging me. I was able to reach Bryan easily and was not in a room with 40 other people waiting for their car. This was a stress free experience.

As usual, stellar service experience with Alex Automotive. I have been a customer of theirs for over 20 years, and have received great service each and every time I've brought my car in. I will not take my Mercedes any other place, even though I have to drive 2 hrs to get there.

I took my 2008 BMW 238i there for a check ups couple of weeks ago. They gave a list of repair items similar to the ones from the dealer but at least 25% cheaper with some are 45% lower. They definitely know what they are doing and honest. I end up have them to replace my front break discs and routers at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and will go back if I need future services.
