My appointment was on time and they answered my question and replied back with the issues and cost including reducing the price of one of the parts required to address the issues on my vehicle from what they quoted me over the phone. They have made me a new customer ! I will be bring all of my vehicles here from now on.

Awesome attention to customer needs. We were in a REAL crisis and Alex came through as always!

Service staff is outstanding. Plain, understandable explanations of actual or potential trouble spots. What I like most is that staff will always take the customer's best interests to heart and will not recommend service that is not needed. Some dealers I've been to in past will do "black box" parts replacements even when not needed. The team always shows a great deal of courtesy to customers.
