I bought a cute little Jetta 3 months ago. After an oil change I was informed of some major work I needed from a different establishment. I brought my car to Alex’s for their complimentary second opinion which confirmed the previous diagnosis. I brought my car back to Alex’s to begin work on said repairs and Mike called me up to let me know some far more serious things were wrong with my car and thus it was not worth fixing any of them because really I should get a new car. These people put their time and energy into my vehicle but because they did no work, I was charged nothing. I am immensely grateful. I just got approved for my first apartment and am dealing with move in fees. They could’ve just done the work knowing my car was a lemon and took my money but they didn’t and I’ll be back when I replace this car!
