Dropped off my 2012 C250 with check engine light knowing the fault code and expecting a big bill. They called after diagnostic and 4 fault codes. They fixed everything in 2 days and now the car is running well. Keeping my fingers crossed after putting 2,100 on the old car with 85k miles otherwise it's in a great shape.

another great experience with Alex Automotive. Went in for a major service. Have significant trust with the service department to give me direct and honest feedback. Went in with a few additional requests. After the mechanics review, I was informed that certain Services were not needed. In addition, the service immediately impacted my car's performance, improving gas mileage and reflecting fantastic Audi knowledge. Very much appreciate the effort put forth by the Alex Automotive team!
