I've bought my last four cars from Alex Automotive, and became an Alex customer for life a number of years ago when my two seater Mercedes started making bizarre noises... pulled into their service department, asked them to fix whatever the problem and mentally prepared to max out my credit card. Twenty minutes later, Brian, their Service Manager brought my car back around front ( washed and vacuumed) and handed me the keys... I asked how much and his response was "nothing - no charge, everything's fine." No labor charge, nothing. Truth be told, not knowing what goes on under the hood, I was an easy mark had he sought to take advantage... in retrospect, I wonder whether I would have been dealt with so honestly elsewhere... As a result, I'm now in my fourth car from Alex and no one other than an Alex service rep has so much as ever popped the hood on any of my cars.

My family has taken our cars here for years, and the staff know us by name! The customer service is superb, and everyone is friendly and helpful. We bring in our cars for checkups, oil changes, tire replacements, and everything you can think of!!! We have never had any problems with the services done there, or at least not yet. *knock on wood* They used to do car washes every time a service is done, but I think they only do it on Saturdays now. Their services done there are wonderful, except the prices are a little high compared to other places.

Bought MB Bought a E320 from Alex and it was a perfect car until a Dodge Pickup hit me from behind doing 50 MPH. Great car (was) but still a great dealership. Good people.
